Emery J. Back, age 53, resident of Plymouth, Ohio passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023. He was born on February 25, 1970 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Alfred and Dorothy (Patrick) Back.Emery was the owner of Back’s Roofing and Construction for over 25 years. He also owned a trucking company and provided demolition services to area communities. Always one to lend a helping hand, Emery did not know a stranger and worked hard to provide for his family. He was a jokester and dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan.He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Rita (Wilson) Back; three children, Lauren Breznicki, Brianna Back and Aden Back; granddaughter, Maddilynn Stump; mother, Dorothy Back; three siblings, Russell Back, Rodney (Monica) Back and Rickie Back; and two brothers-in-law, Steve Wilson (Carla) and Mark Wilson.Emery was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Back; sister, Vickie Back; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Claude and Patricia Wilson.Family and friends are invited to visit on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at the Freewill Baptist Church, 670 Keefer Street, Willard, OH 44890 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Emery’s funeral service will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023 at the church at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor John Montgomery, Pastor Ron Parsons and Dr. Ricky Branham officiating.
