Life Story

Hi this is Crystal, Cody's mom. Before you read this Life Story I would like to say a few things. First off this story will probably change often, so if you visit often be sure and check the page.I will also be adding pictures often. I am trying to be detailed in Cody's story but there has been a lot of things go on in 22 years so I will have to do it a little at a time. Also to be 100 percent honest this is very hard to do. Hope everyone enjoys the page.

Cody was born October 22, 1998. Cody's first home was in Checotah with his mom, living with Nana and Pa. Cody lived in Checotah until he was ten years old with the exception of six months in Nashville, Arkansas. Cody did not want to move from Checotah. He loved hanging out with his Checotah friends, especially Kris and Tucker. In 2009 we moved to Okemah, where Cody quickly became a Panther and adjusted well. He was still able to go back to Checotah and hang out with his friends there pretty much anytime he wanted. Over the school years Cody played football, baseball, ran track, showed pigs, and shot skeet. Cody was even class president one year. Cody excelled in all sports. He was just a natural athlete. Cody always made good grades in school. School was not his favorite place to be for sure haha. Cody loved to fish, duck hunt, pheasant hunt, ride four wheelers, go to the lake, play his playstation, hang out with his friends and his siblings, and numerous other activities. Cody had many friends from all over the place. More friends than most people have I would say. Cody was such a free spirit. I told him just about a month before he passed that he was like a gypsy. He smiled big and liked that alot for some reason. I can still see that smile he gave me. He didn't worry about where he would wind up he just went with it and enjoyed life. Cody you will forever be missed. We love you so very much!!
