Life Story

William Roger McBride was born in Indianola Nebraska to Dale and Mary McBride. He was raised on a farm in Red Willow County with 6 brothers and sisters. He graduated from McCook High School in 1949. He then enlisted in the Air Force and had a 20 year career. After his retirement he worked civil service as a plumber and kept plumbing after his second retirement from there. He married Viola Clary and had three children with her. Bill later divorced and married Betty Johnson.
