Obituary

Tracy Eugene Mills was born to Ruby and Frank M Mills on March 20, 1966. He went home to be with our Lord and Savior October 9, 2024 at the young age of 58. 

Tracy‘s spirit remained resilient and brimming with compassion, optimism and love despite the challenges he faced in life.
