Simply put, there will never be enough words to adequately capture the life and legacy of our precious Becca Jean. Beautiful from the inside out, she was a ray of sunshine to everyone she met, the teammate who left it all in the field, the student who gave it their all, the friend who went the extra mile, the one you could always count on, the worker who put in the extra hours, and the person who never met a stranger.
Becca was always a giver and has left treasured memories of her beautiful smile, sweet soul, contagious laugh, selfless actions, kind acts, and tremendous sense of humor. She inspired us to better ourselves with her heart of gold, passion for life, unwavering strength, determination, bravery, and indescribable love for family, friends, strangers, and all of God’s creations. The world was truly a better place with her in it. For every heart Becca touched please let her light continue to shine by not just being kind but by being “Becca Kind”.
Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Matthew Garner, her parents, Steve and Katrina Martin, maternal grandparents, Rudy and Jean Nagel, paternal grandfather, Dale Martin, sisters, Mandy (Brian) Mathews and Laura Leigh (Scott) Wetsel, nephews, Zack Mathews and Michael Wetsel, niece, Addison Mathews, beloved canine companions, McLovin and Mr. Belvedere, and many special aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
